1. Who we are
This website is operated by Juan Pablo Alberca Lucas, trading as Parallel31, with registered address in Barcelona, Spain (NIF: 09020143A).
Contact: hello@parallel31.io
2. What data we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect:
- Full name — to address you correctly in our response
- Email address — to reply to your enquiry
- Message content — to understand your request and respond appropriately
We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. The only external resource loaded by this website is Google Fonts (typography), which may log your IP address as part of Google's standard infrastructure. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
3. Why we collect it and legal basis
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to assess a potential business collaboration. The legal basis under the GDPR is:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) — responding to a contact request you initiated
- Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) — if the enquiry relates to a potential service engagement
4. How we handle your data
Your contact form submissions are sent to our email via FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service. FormSubmit forwards your submission to our inbox and does not retain your data beyond what is technically necessary for delivery. See FormSubmit's privacy policy for details.
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties, except as described above or where required by law.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry emails for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up communication, and in any case for no longer than 2 years from the date of last contact, unless a contractual relationship requires longer retention.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct any inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@parallel31.io. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Supervisory authority
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority:
